Rosella jam, made the old fashioned way using pectin extracted from the seeds and added lemon juice. No added gelling agents or anything nasty. 
 
Slow cooked over 12 hours to bring that classic product that everyone remembers from their childhood. Made using rosellas sourced from SE QLD.
